If you'd like to apply to be a member, fill out form below and a Lion will reach out to you shortly. Sponsorship for a new member is required as well as a small annual fee of $100 to help cover the cost of our administration and meeting set up.

You don't have to be a member of the Hales Corners Lions to make a difference immediately in your community. Use our Donate Now button to make a monetary donation that is completely tax deductible and will be immediately allocated towards our annual service projects, community support programs and other causes.
Ask Us For Help
Do you, or someone you know have a need for outreach or assistance? Contact us and our Community Needs Chair will call or email you, get to know you and ask about your assistance needs.
